the texturization of palm oils and its fractions to produce three
main products:
· Shortening
· Vegetable Ghee
· Margarine
These products are excellent ingredients in producing delicious
bakery and confectionery products. Our shortenings for instance
are made from the finest quality palm oil and its fractions. It
is specially formulated and textured to impart excellent plasticity,
smooth consistency and ease of use at ambient temperature. Our shortenings
are also cholesterol-free and bland in flavour. It is tailored made
to suite the needs of different baking applications with the correct
melting profiles.
These products are packed and distributed in consumer
packs.
